The Principium Group today announced a new seminar series for owners of green industry businesses who are considering either selling a green industry business or acquiring other businesses within the green industry. The green industry includes lawn care, tree care, landscape services, nurseries, garden centers, tree farms, sod farms and similar businesses.
The first two courses to be offered are Planning for the Sale of Your Green Industry Business – Proven Techniques to Enhance the Value and Marketability of Your Business and Planning an Acquisition Strategy – How to Grow Your Green Industry Business with Strategic Acquisitions.
The courses will be offered in convenient locations around the country. The schedule for 2009 includes Dallas (October 13-14), Denver (November 9-10)and Northern Virginia (December 7-8) in December.
Ron Edmonds will serve as lead instructor for the courses, with support from the Principium team and selected guest speakers. Edmonds has an extensive background in continuing education, having developed and taught courses for a variety of sponsors for over 25 years. He is also one of the most experienced professionals in the United States facilitating green industry mergers and acquisitions. He will be joined by other professionals from Principium and outside guest speakers.
