There is no better way to find the program or college that is right for you than by attending “Open House” days and activities held at campuses across the U.S., including those scheduled this August at Briarcliffe College on Long Island, New York.
On Saturday August 1, 2009, Briarcliffe College will host an Open House from 10:00 to 2:00 p.m. at 1055 Stewart Avenue in Bethpage, and again from 10:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday August 8, 2009 at 245 West Main Street in Patchogue.
Each Open House features previews of study programs available at Briarcliffe College, including presentations on courses of study in liberal arts, the changing world of business, an IT interactive lab, and a hands-on computer workshop in graphic design.
Briarcliffe College introduced a B.S. in Criminal Justice this year, as well as an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies and prospective students are invited to join interactive workshops led by College instructors as follows: “Firearms Identification”
In addition, prospective students who are considering entering college, transferring, or enhancing/changing careers will have an opportunity to talk to admissions personnel and advisors. Reservations for the Open Houses are not required but preferred. A simple lunch will be served.
