Holcombe (pictured) will direct the growth and operations of the company’s rental homes at Ocean Isle Beach. Prior to joining Sunset Properties, Holcombe gained over seven years of rental management experience with other island companies. She is active in the primary industry association (Vacation Rental Managers Association)
“We’re fortunate to have Casey join our team,” said Ron Watts, President of Sunset Properties. “She brings the right mix of experience and enthusiasm to the position, and I know she will be successful leading the continued growth of our Ocean Isle Beach rental operation.”
“Her first job will be to expand the services included in our management program for top-end vacation homes on the island,” continued Watts. “We tested the program this summer, and will be rolling it out to other appropriate homes in the coming year.”
