Mike is a native of New York City from the Borough of Queens. He graduated with a BS from S. John’s University with a degree in Law and Finance, while also a four year member of the Varsity Ice Hockey Team.
Upon graduating, he received steady promotions and responsibilities at Champion Office Products and Printing where he served as CEO and CFO for over 20 years. Mike not only managed the corporate and partnership investments, he also was trustee of the firm’s defined benefit pension plan and later when enacted, its 401 (K) profit sharing plan.
Upon the firm’s merger with a nationwide firm, as part of the agreement, Mike moved to the combined firm known as Week’s Office Supply. When his time commitment with weeks ended, Mike and his wife, Vicki, A Native Texan, moved to Houston to be closer to her family after years in New York.
Mike was recruited by UBS FINANCIAL SERVICES after moving to Houston and spent 5 years there before being recruited by Merrill Lynch in 2009 which afforded the addition of a domestic commercial bank, BANK OF AMERICA, to the arsenal of products for his clients to benefit from. While at UBS, Mike was a top producer, earning the Designation of Pacesetter Club Membership for the years 2007 and 208.
He has currently been awarded the Five Star: Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Manager for 2009 which will appear in Texas Monthly Magazine in September.
Mike is an avid golfer and Yankee fan . Also loves to discuss and dabble in politics and to prove it is a Life Long Member of the Republican National Committee , Served on the Election and Re-Election Campaign’s of Presidents’ Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush. Received the Legion of Merit from President Reagan and is a founding member of the Ronald Reagan Republican Center in Washington D.C.
Mike and his wife Vicki reside in Cypress with three grown daughters with one living in Forth Worth, TX and two living in New York City and not to mention they are the proud Grandparents of a two year old boy.
