PR Log (Press Release)Jul 15, 2009 – Lake Geneva, WI July 15th -- Costa Rican Medical Care (CRMC) a medical tourism company specializing only in Costa Rican medical providers will be interviewing Brad and Bill Cook on July 22, 2009 at 11 am CST.  Brad Cook manages the International Department for the Hospital Clinica Biblica, and Bill Cook is directly involved with coordinating each step of the international patient process for the hospital.

Brad Cook has more than 15 years' experience coordinating medical services for international patients at Clinica Biblica Hospital in Costa Rica. Mr. Cook launched the Medical Tourism initiative for Clinica Biblica Hospital orchestrating an aggressive service oriented model that has helped position Clinica Biblica Hospital as one of the top destinations in Latin America for medical services. Under his direction, the International Department has been recognized for providing outstanding services to international patients, insurance companies and facilitators.

Brad began helping international patients long before the term Medical Tourism came into vogue having coordinated surgeries, emergency services, air ambulance evacuations and insurance benefits and billing, for thousands of international patients in need of medical care. He is a recognized expert on the topic of Medical Tourism and International patient services having spoken and directed workshops at various Medical Tourism and Benefits conferences. He is a key proponent and strategic contact for the Costa Rican government in their ongoing development of Costa Rica as the region’s premiere medical tourism destination.

Bill Cook began to investigate the growing phenomenon of medical tourism, and by mid-2006 began working with the Hospital Clinica Biblica to develop a marketing strategy and implementation processes for international patient care.

Bill is directly involved with coordinating each step of the international patient process for the hospital. He is also involved with the development of information packages, analyzing trends and overseeing the hospital’s international staff. His main interest has been to achieve greater customer satisfaction and to automate daily tasks with the goal of achieving a more efficient process.

Bill has been instrumental in positioning Hospital Clinica Biblica as one of most renowned hospitals in the area of medical tourism. Bill is a respected authority on topics related to medical tourism and a regular author and contributor to the "Medical Tourism Magazine, published by the U.S. based Medical Tourism Association.
