The restaurant is known for their dishes inspired by the flavors of Italy and the Mediterranean including their fresh seasonal pastas, wood fired pizzas, fresh seafood, and steaks. This summer 518 West will also be known for its innovative, budget friendly specials.
The specials include:
• Half-price bottles of wine on Mondays
• $5 Martinis every Wednesday
• The $5.18 Pizza. 4-6 p.m. Monday through Friday
“We know that the economy has been tough for a while now,” said 518 West’s executive chef and general manager, Blaine Nierman. “But that does not mean people should have to sacrifice a great meal. So we are offering specials to make our already affordable meals more economical for everyone.”
In addition to their three consistent summer specials, the restaurant will be updating their social media sites including Facebook and Twitter sites to offer more deals to patrons that subscribe to 518 West’s pages.
“Last week we posted a special consisting of grilled tuna, soba and romaine with ginger peanut vinaigrette for just $12.99 and had a great response,” said Nierman. “We can decide that morning on a fresh and great dish, and then seconds later offer an amazing deal to our patrons that follow us online.”
