Social Networking Not Just For Photo Sharing Anymore

What once began as a simple way to share photos of the kids with family and friends, has evolved into a very sophisticated series of complex sites which allow users to connect in so many more ways than we ever thought possible.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PR Log (Press Release)Jul 15, 2009 – Worthington, Ohio - Since the mid-nineties, social networking sites have allowed users to connect with one another regardless of country or creed. Some of the very first networking sites, such as ICQ and Six Degrees, allowed users to do little more than post photos and share them with lists of friends they created. But these days, social networking sites offer users the ability to create tagged profiles which users can then search to find people all around the world who share similar interests, play games together, and even connect with their favourite businesses.

Interestingly enough, more and more businesses are getting into the social networking scene. This isn't surprising considering the fact that sites like Facebook and Twitter make it easier than ever to connect with a company's target consumer audience. Twitter in particular is rapidly gaining in popularity amongst business owners; and to help them understand how to better apply the site's features to their companies, Twitter expert Sean Malarkey is releasing a complete Twitter how-to course entitled Twixplode.

Twixplode includes a guide, videos, and mp3 audio sessions, all designed to guide a business owner new to the idea of using social networking to build a customer base through the process of using Twitter. "Twitter is a TOOL. If you use it wisely, it will be one of the best tools for building a valuable, loyal following of clients to buy or consume whatever it is you have to offer" says Malarkey, "Twixplode explores the psychology of how Twitter followers behave and react to you, and how best to interact with your following." Malarkey also plans to include 30 days of personal coaching free with the Twixplode course.

Twixplode is scheduled to release on July 15, 2009; and will be available on Malarkey's website at http://www.twixplode.com.
