Andrianakos Fotios has sponsored a large number of musical events at schools to make children realize how dynamic and interesting classical music is. This gesture is an indication in itself that Andrianakos Fotios is a great lover of classical music and arts. Not only this, Fotios works with children who are in a less fortunate position, but possess a passion for music.

A symphony or a concerto is a world within its self.  When Andrianakos Fotios is not busy developing his real estate business or overseeing his restaurants, he loves to listen to classical music or play his violin. Andrianakos Fotios  grew up in a musical family. His inclination towards music and art was drawn from his mother who herself was a singer and his uncle who was a famous trombone player.

Andrianakos Fotios' uncle taught him to read notes and Andrianakos Fotios immediately developed a liking to violin. As an adolescent, he would start playing his violin immediately after returning home from school. Playing the violin quickly became one of his greatest passions in life next to cooking. In addition to playing the violin, Andrianakos Fotios studied various other instruments, such as piano, tuba, organ, and saxophone.

Some classical artists Andrianakos Fotios particularly admires are Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, and Mozart. However, the one closest to his heart is Beethoven. He read Beethoven’s biography and felt deeply inspired by him.  Beethoven, who went deaf in the later stage in his life, continued to compose some of the greatest musical masterpieces of our time without the ability to hear. Andrianakos Fotios’ favorite orchestral works are the Brandenburg concertos by Bach, Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante, and Beethoven’s Symphony no. 5 in C minor.

Andrianakos Fotios' love towards music and art made him the member of a local classical music fan club.  He meets with the other classical music enthusiasts on a regular basis because he believes in preserving and spreading classical music all over the world. Following Andrianakos Fotios' footsteps are his daughters. His three daughters are not only excellent singers but also play the piano very well.

Andrianakos Fotios does not deplore pop music. However, he believes that young people must listen to classical music as it is the root from which all forms of music originate. He also feels that there is a lot to be appreciated in classical music and so, young people must develop a taste for it.

Andrianakos Fotios is a charismatic man. He is not only a successful restauranteur, but is also a successful estate developer and furniture importer. Andrianakos Fotios’ easygoing demeanor makes him spend lots of time with his own children and children to whom he teaches classical music.
