John has represented management in all aspects of labor relations and employment law related litigation including wrongful termination, harassment, whistleblower, and discrimination claims under federal and state laws since 1975. John received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University and earned his Juris Doctorate Degree at Emory University School of Law.  He is a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and is a charter member of the American Employment Law Council.

She has over 14 years effectively developing and managing all aspects of human resources with a record of significant achievements in the areas of recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee development, and labor relations. She holds a BBA from Northwood University and has completed education programs at the University of Michigan, Michigan State University, and the Center for Management Research. Ellen is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
