PRADCO has partnered with Flexhire, LLC to provide a streamlined and efficient recruiting process. Their first joint venture will be this Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at the Rock ‘N Roll Job Fair being held at Peabody’s Concert Club. PRADCO is offering a 50% discount on their High 5 index reports to participants through Sunday, July 19, 2009.
The High 5 reports are based on a behaviorally based index identifying an individual’s strengths in sales, competency, leadership and emotional intelligence. These reports offer a candidate the opportunity to highlight their strengths to a prospective employer. According to Kristin Tull, Ph.D., President of PRADCO, they chose to work with Flexhire and participate in this job fair because “together we are able to provide companies with prequalified candidates and a simplified hiring process. Northeast Ohio has a strong talent pool, now companies will be able to easily access it.”
