July 14, 2009 - PRLog -- Executive Boutique Call Center is expanding its offices to improve its agent training facilities and to make room for an additional 50-70 outsourcing seats at its Cebu, Philippines location.

The firm says that it added a number of outbound telemarketing and lead generation campaigns in the last few months and needed to find more office space for training. “This new expansion is really a great benefit for our clients. It gives us the ability to continuously train our agents without disturbing production,” said CEO Michael Shapiro.
Executive Boutique Call Center also supplies customer service agents to businesses and according to the firm, the new training facilities will give them an advantage in promoting good customer service skills with their agents.

The new space covers 250sqm and includes offices for Executive Boutique Call Centers human resources, business development, and operations departments. It also houses an employee lounge. The agents are very happy about having a nicer place to rest on their shift breaks, according to the company. “It really helps them perform better when working the night shift here in the Philippines,” Shapiro added.

The firm also sees the space as a benefit to its growing list of customers. “We now have the ability to ramp up a campaign very quickly and our customers really appreciate it,” Shapiro said. Executive Boutique's original space was suited for about 125 outbound or inbound call center agents. With the addition of these new seats, the company now has room to expand to 170 agents.
