Upon Discovering the “Flak Vest Hanger™”, a Safety Device for Bulletproof Vest and Body Armor Frank which was invented by Steve Russ a retired Policeman out of Shelby Township, Michigan. Frank first purchased one from Russ Innovations Inc as a method to store and dry the Body Armor that he had on the Bliss Ranch seeing how he was around a lot of firearms.
