Krista Bolf of Coldwell Banker Pro West Ashland has been chosen as the 2009 REALTOR® of the Year by the Rogue Valley Association of REALTORS®. Bolf was chosen because of her faithfulness to real estate laws and regulations;
Krista Bolf has been licensed to practice real estate in Oregon since 1994. She has chaired the Business Issues Key Objectives Group for the Oregon Association of REALTORS® (OAR) from 2006-2008, also serving on OAR's Executive Committee during that time. Furthermore, she also will be serving as President of the Rogue Valley Association of REALTORS® IN 2010.
Krista Bolf is passionate about her work. "There is nothing more rewarding than being a part of a real estate transaction which also means being a part of a person's life", said Bolf. Bolf has been in the top 10% in sales since 2001. Active internationally she also sells real estate in Mexico, and holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation as well as Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.
Krista Bolf has been generous with her time, serving many community organizations. The Ashland Community Land Trust, Habitat for Humanity, SCORE and Pathways Enterprises, Inc have all benefitted from her talents as have many families in the Rogue Valley who might not otherwise realize the dream of home ownership In explaining her commitment to her community and her profession Bolf reflected: "Franklin Roosevelt said: 'A nation of homeowners in unconquerable.' I believe that is true and I am going to do my best to be a part of that process", said Bolf.
