This small boutique publishing company has successfully weathered twenty years of boom and bust economic environments and in a year when to some breaking even was cause for celebration; CNS increased their sales revenues by a handsome margin. Company president, William Cohen believes one of the reasons for the company’s growth is management’s focus on customer service. “Because we are a small company, we don’t have an army of sales people out there knocking on university doors so we have to connect with our customers in different ways.
