The new upgrade includes an enhancement to the Budgeting process which now contains additional information when the enhancement is turned on. The Requisition Approvals screen will now differentiate between "pending budget approval" and "pending approval" in the displayed Status column. A new "Review Budget Info" button has also been added to the Requisition Approvals screen which triggers the display of the selected requisition line's GL Account Code and its Budget Info. A new utility that has been developed will analyze the current accumulated amounts for selected GL Account Codes. This utility will provide an update option to update desired GL Account Codes with the calculated accumulated amount.
Bellwether software also has built integration tools that automate the whole procure to pay process with Traverse Accounting Software and JD Edwards ERP software.
