With summer well and truly arrived its time to add something new to your drinks collection. We have some fantastic new products that we have reviewed so your choice is made that bit easier, or maybe even try something new for that bbq or party you may throw in the coming weeks.
Belvedere Black Raspberry Vodka
Belvedere has launched its latest offering which is the stunning Black Raspberry Vodka.
Now many vodka drinkers out there dismiss any new flavoured offerings with a degree of caution due to some recent let downs that can taste a bit sickly. You have no need to worry with this classy affair. The black raspberry has a sweet and delicate flavour and you can’t fail to notice the fine taste of the black raspberry, you end up with a dry sweet finish.
This vodka that doesn’t disappoint from the minute you set eyes on it with the traditional classy bottle that all Belvedere Vodkas are presented in. The design isn’t over complicated as you would expect and like we say the flavour is certainly from the top end of the market.
Overall if you’re a fan of flavoured vodkas then this is not going to disappoint you at all and if your thinking of trying something different this summer then you could do a lot worse than order a bottle of Belvedere Black Raspberry Vodka.

Chase Vodka
Chase vodka has now been launched at the Vodka Emporium and has been two years in the making. This great British vodka is truly one of the best in its price range and has become something of a favourite here at the Emporium.
Unlike most vodkas available today Chase is distilled with potatoes, twice through a column still then once more in a copper still by the Master distiller.
When it comes to comparable vodkas in the market then its natural to look at the other potato based products such as Chopin and Luksusowa. To be honest I felt it was more comparable to Ciroc in quality although slightly creamier. Which I’d imagine is the potatoes! Surprisingly for a vodka, it is recommended to be drunk at room temperature and I can’t say I disagree.
All in all Chase vodka is a welcome addition to the Vodka Emporium and if you want to try something English that has great quality and value for money then give this a go.

Camitz Vodka
Here at the Vodka Emporium we have been great fans of the sparkling vodka that is Camitz. With the summer party season well under way we thought this was an ideal time to re-visit this distinctive drink.
The first thing a newcomer to Camitz will notice is the bottle has a Champagne stopper and has a good classy look about the bottle. Once opened your not disappointed, there is a distinctive pop as well as a gentle fizz when you pour it into your glass.
The taste is clean and fresh with a hint of acidity which makes it a great accompaniment to a good fresh seafood dish.
When it comes down to drinking then its an absolute must to have it chilled, maybe from an ice bucket but I’m sure most of you will be happy with the fridge! At the Vodka Emporium we like to have it on the rocks with a touch of lime juice although its quite user friendly to mix with various flavours such as peach, ginger etc. If you want to impress then mix with champagne as the two drinks separate, quite a spectacle!
