Pharmaco Group Is Included In The List Of The Plants, Whose Production Will Be Bought By The State

July 13, 2009 - PRLog -- The government has obliged the organizations buying medical products, to get production of the domestic enterprise. Prime Minister I. Chudinov has approved amendments to governmental order of Kyrgyz Republic from April, 14th, 2009 «About purchases of production at home producers a method of purchases from one source».
As it is informed in the document, the given step is undertaken with a view of strengthening of medicinal safety of republic. The control over performance of the accepted decision is assigned to department of economy, trade, tourism and business of Governmental body of the Kyrgyz Republic.
«We offer by consideration by the tender commissions of demands of the pharmaceutical companies to be guided not only by price criteria, but also and quality standards GMP which provide therapeutic effect of medical products» - is told in the Decision.
Now Pharmaco Group has «good" of the state. According to article 3 «The Privileges given to internal suppliers (contractors)» (item 1) of Law Кyrgyz Republic «About the state purchases», Pharmaco Group has preferences at a rate of 20 % as the home producer in comparison with the foreign goods. The regulator of relations in this area is the State agency on the state purchases and material reserves acts at the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Alexander Karpov, the general manager of Pharmaco Group, said: «the Legislation of Kyrgyzstan provides responsibility of treatment-and-prophylactic establishments at purchase for the population of medical products. Preference of treatment-and-prophylactic establishments of the home producer production, undoubtedly, will provide population access to qualitative and inexpensive preparations which are made in territory of Kyrgyzstan by our pharmaceutical group. Finally will lower cost of treatment for the population»
Not so long ago, the work of department of quality assurance of the largest domestic enterprise «Pharmaco Group» was estimated by the Kyrgyz centre of accreditation, having handed over to plant the accreditation certificate on conformity to requirements of State Standard  Р ISO/MEK 17025. The Commission of experts has studied the documents presented by the enterprise, has checked up physical and chemical and microbiological laboratories.
Natalia Babak, the chief of department of quality assurance of the Company «Pharmaco Group»: «Experts estimated professionalism of employees of department of quality assurance, efficiency of methods used by us. Eventually, we have received the certificate of accreditation certifying that the department of quality assurance of the plant corresponds to the standard. Thus, we have confirmed that people can entrust us the health. This certificate proves safety of each tablet made by Pharmaco Group».

The Kyrgyz market of medicines is the market of import. According to department of medicinal maintenance of Health Ministry, 98 % of medical preparations are delivered from abroad: 36 % - from Russia, 10 % - from Germany, 9 % - from Ukraine, on 6 % from Hungary and India, 5 % - from Slovenia.
