(Fort Worth, TX) Dfwfootball.net is getting ready for a busy fall of football in Dallas-Fort Worth. The new website, which covers semi-pro and minor league football in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, is making plans for the release of its first issue of Metroplex Football, an e-zine, in August. The e-zine will be published twice a year, once in the Fall and once in the Spring.
The e-zine will preview the three DFW college football teams, TCU, SMU and the University of North Texas. The previews will be provided by guest writers from the websites SpitbloodTCU.com, GoMeanGreen.com and the DFWSportsReport.com. In addition, the e-zine will preview the upcoming University of Texas at Arlington Mavericks Football Club’s Fall season and report on the Spring leagues in the Dallas-Fort Worth area including the Fort Worth Avengers’ Texas United Football League Championship.
In addition to the e-zine, the site will offer fans a chance to compete in a fantasy football league which will be hosted at Fantrax.com. Fantasy football has become one of the most popular past-times during the fall in the past ten years with millions of players.
