Growing up I was only able to choose something from our local Wal-Mart or Dollar Store. Now with the availability of the internet, shopping is quick and easy. Your child can have the costume they want at a fraction of the cost. Most are even cheaper than what you would spend at Wal-Mart. Here are a few examples of the ones available this year.
Harry Potter will defiantly be very popular this year after the release of the new movie in June 09’. These come in a wide range including a Hogwarts uniform, dementor costume, death eater costume, Hedwig costume, quidditch robe, slytherin robe, Voldemort costume and Hermione cardigan costume (just to name a few).
Indiana Jones will also be another popular costume this year. I’m sure even though the Crystal Skull has been out a while it will still not hamper its popularity.
There will be so many more Halloween Costumes for child this year and the possibilities are endless.
A few things to remember anytime you are dressing up your kids in costumes whether it’s for Halloween or just for fun.
1) Make sure your child can move freely while playing
2) Remember that when your kids have to go they have to GO. Keep this in mind while picking out their costume. It needs to be easily removable to avoid any accidents.
3) If your child is going to be in a large crowd then make sure that you pick a costume that will not require their face to be painted or covered. It is vital that you can distinguish your child from everyone else.
