Proceeds from the local release of this book have been donated to COTS, and now Kennebrew is taking her book to the National Conference on Ending Homelessness, presented by the National Alliance to End Homelessness, www.endhomelessness.org at the Renaissance Washington, DC Hotel, 999 Ninth Street, NW Washington, DC July 29 - 31 from 9am - 6pm.
Her objective, says Kennebrew is “To inspire those experiencing homelessness to never give up and to share valuable self-enrichment exercises and affirmations that assisted me in my journey from the shelter to self-sufficiency.”
