The CTO Telecom Summit team is pleased to announce that TM Forum, the leading industry association focused on improving business effectiveness for communications service providers, will join the roster of telecommunications organizations and CTOs gathering in support of the 2009 CTO Telecom Summit. The event will be held November 8-11, 2009 at the Four Seasons Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz. Ken Dilbeck, Director of Technical Programs, TM Forum will attend as a guest speaker.

The discussion will be moderated by Shira Levine of Infonetics Research and will outline major industry challenges including technical issues and results as well as performance on KPIs and ROI concerns.
