In this one day workshop participants learn the processes and procedures that are designed to minimize the impact of a Pandemic Influenza on a business – upon their employees, business operations and profits. Participants will learn to develop an effective response to a pandemic based on the severity of the event. This workshop covers the components of a Business Pandemic Response Plan: The Crisis Management Team, Company Policies, The Communications Plan, The Health and Safety Education Plan, The Essential Services/Functions Plan and The Recovery Plan.
