Nottingham fitness expert Jon Le Tocq of Storm Force Fitness today issued a call to all the gym rats across the UK who are bored of the traditional gym environment and want to discover how to smash through their fitness plateau’s.
Le Tocq has decided to take his Kettlebell training knowledge on tour around the UK in response to a desperate need for more exciting, more time efficient and more cost effective ways to shed body fat and get super fit, fast.
