Serving the Baltimore metropolitan area for 40 years, A Fabric Place’s clientele included dignitaries, musicians, and celebrities. The opportunity to serve a major runway event gives the retailer and opportunity to assist and bond with designers.
“We are extremely honored to be involved with Baltimore Fashion Week,” said Michael Bearman, Manager, A Fabric Place. “With A Fabric Place serving the fashion community for nearly a half century, we are more than ready to serve the designers participating in this great event.”
“When designers prosper, we prosper as well. As designers are passionate about their creations, we are equally as passionate in providing high quality fabrics at fair prices, to assist in those creations, all while supporting an industry that is so important to us,” Bearman added.
Baltimore Fashion Week CEO Sharan Nixon said, “I am so excited to have A Fabric Place as our preferred vendor. Baltimore Fashion Week prides itself in establishing key relationships with vendors within our city to let the masses know that they are here. They are ready, willing, and able to provide top notch product and service, and they are right here in Baltimore.”
With this selection, designers participating in the 2009 Baltimore Fashion Week are granted a 25% discount on all purchases. In addition, Bearman will make a cameo appearance at this year’s Fashion Week.
