Perfect Sealing, Inc also provides Brick paver cleaning, sealing&repairs. Re-sanding re-leveling and broken paver replacement services. We use 2 single component, 100% ProSeal for sealed pavers with, a natural look then we use 100% acrylic floor sealer that exhibits excellent characteristics for abrasion, flexibility, adhesion, chemical resistance, weathering and UV stability Also a Ceramic Glass Coating that has great slp resistants. This product will darken and enhance color of surface, leaving a clear gloss appearance. This sealer can be used on for residential or commercial surfaces such as interior/exterior service decks, driveways, patios, pavers, slate, stone and all deck coat overlays. It can be applied by roller, brush or airless sprayer.
We use the following surface preparation:
1. Chemical Treatment: cleans surface and loosens mildew and mold.
2. Pressures Washing Treatment: cleans off stubborn weeds and lose mold and mildew. Surface must be free of contaminants that would interfere with adhesion. A sloping edge runs water away from instead of under it. The mortar is applied by hand to make sure it holds longer. The finish is an attractive and functional paver finish.
