PhaseWare Submits Application for Competition: Summer Silverlight Coding Competition by ComponentArt

McKinney, TX – PhaseWare, Inc.  has submitted its newest customer service and support application to the Summer Silverlight Coding Competition. The competition is hosted by ComponentArt, a leading component vendor. The winner of the 2009 Summer Silverlight Coding Competition will be determined by ComponentArt’s expert panel and by votes from the developer community.

PhaseWare, Inc. will soon launch the first on demand customer service and support software to be developed as a rich internet application (RIA). PhaseWare uses the Silverlight development platform to create a fully interactive customer service and support tool. Tracker OnDemand retains the key characteristics of the Tracker desktop application’s tools and capabilities. It also offers the same Screen Designer ability to customize screens to business and user needs. The use of RIAs provides the user with a true interactive experience without the delays found in many web-based applications.
