WYOMING, MICH — Hope Network announces that Hope Network Services Corporation, one of its Workforce Development programs, was named the recipient of the Regional 2008 GSA/NISH Partners in Service Excellence Award.
Hope received the award for outstanding janitorial services at the Gerald R. Ford Federal Building and the U.S. Courthouse in Grand Rapids.
The Partners in Excellence Award recognizes superior performance where creativity, dependability, performance, solid documentation and continuous improvement result in total customer satisfaction to tenants. Only programs that participate in the Ability One program, which helps severely disabled people find employment through federal contracts, were eligible for the award.
Hope representatives will officially accept the award on May 13 at the NISH national conference in Atlanta. Local ceremonies will be held on June 9th at the Gerald R. Ford Federal Building.
