In 2007, after a devastating EF 5 tornado hit the small town of Greensburg, KS, killed eleven residents and flattened 95% of its structures, its residents decided to rebuild – bigger, stronger and greener.
Recently, Stonhard, the world leader in seamless resinous floor, wall and lining systems, proudly joined in the effort to rebuild Greensburg.
Stonhard will install sustainable flooring solutions in the trauma area, emergency room, corridors and kitchen at Kiowa County Memorial Hospital, a critical access hospital that will serve as the area’s largest medical center. Working side-by-side with hospital planners as well as with Health Facilities Group and Murray Company Contracting, the architecture and engineering firm and general contractor, respectfully, Stonhard will meet the needs of the state-of-the-

In addition, Stonhard is offering Greensburg a monetary donation to put toward its eco-conscious endeavors.
