(OTC BB: FRHV.OB) announced today July 9, 2009 that, as previously announced, on June 18, 2009 FRHV finalized the acquisition of the assets of Organic Chef, LLC., including its TeAloe(TM) beverage line, the TeAloe™ trademark and all other trademarks, and is currently working on expanding the beverage(s) distribution.
