PREMARK® is a preformed, ready-to-use thermoplastic road marking. The prefabricated markings can be applied to road surfaces all year round. PREMARK® lets you to heighten traffic safety without expending a lot of resources.
Viaxi® primer is a solvent free epoxy primer, which is specially designed for being used with PREMARK® thermoplastic road markings on cobble stones, prefabricated paving slabs and new concrete which is fully cured.
The Viaxi® primer is a 2 component material with high sealing properties against moisture and it gives strength to weak and porous surfaces. Viaxi® primer acts as a binder between the surface and PREMARK® markings and creates a strong and durable adhesion between the two.
Application of PREMARK® is fast and easy because application requires only one person, a broom and a gas burner! Sweep off the surface, apply the PREMARK® and use a gas burner to fix in place, ‘fusing’ the thermoplastic road marking to the road surface. It's that simple. In other words, no major budgetary considerations are needed for choosing a PREMARK® solution. PREMARK® lasts 6–8 times longer than road markings painted on the road surface. The long-lasting durability of PREMARK® secures the traffic safety and makes it particularly well-suited for heavily trafficked areas such as intersections and city traffic.
