True to the restaurant’s commitment to serve a range of international cuisine to cater to the very varied tastes of the hotel’s guests, the new set meals draw inspiration from popular global cuisines. A different set greets guests each day of the week from Monday to Friday. Savour the rich flavours of Thai cuisine on Monday, Western comfort food on Tuesday, savoury Nonya delights on Wednesday, the refined palate of the Italians on Thursday and the delightful freshness of Japanese cuisine on Friday. Each set comes with a soup, a choice between 2 main courses and a dessert, all items strongly resonating to cuisine of the day. There is certainly something for everyone in this delightful collection of set meals.

WILLIAM ANG, EXECUTIVE CHEF
Executive Chef William Ang is the President of the Society of Professional Chefs (Singapore). His creations draw on his experience and knowledge of Asian Cuisine. Chef William is no stranger to the public eye and has participated in a number of local cooking programs. He has served as a judge on “Buzzing Cashier” the popular variety programme on MediaCorp’s Channel 8. Chef William also served as Chief Judge for “Tasty Singapore Chef RAS 2007”.

An all-day casual dining restaurant set in the lobby of Hotel Re!, Re!Fill resonates the same theme of the retro era and delights guests with its line-up of delicacies available for all day casual dining. Re!Fill is the perfect place to chill out with friends and family. Highlights at Re!Fill includes Zing Wings, Re!Fill Burger, Mabo Tofu Spaghetti and Thai Fried Chicken Rice. All items in Re!Fill are prepared with no pork and no lard.
