As many Americans gleefully rejoiced in celebration this 4th of July 2009 in remembrance of America’s independence 1776. I heard people cheering, gunshots and fireworks bursting in air. An eerie, surreal reality consumed me as if I and I alone were standing outside the matrix. All around me people were celebrating the independence of this so called great nation. I contemplated on these strange happenings perplexed because in the mist of this festivity. My company DivneUnity1, Inc. a 501 (c) (3) non profit corporation is preparing litigation against Houston Media Source. A local access television station funded by the city Houston and government. For banning indefinitely our television series, “Gathering the lost children of Israel” topic “Freedom of Speech” without cause, warning, or notice (preview banned shows at: http://www.divineunity1.com) denying DU1 TV of our first amendment constitutional right of; “Freedom of Speech”. I wrote a letter to Mayor Bill White regarding this situation which Mr. White has responded to in hopes of affirming a resolution to the injustice Houston Media Source propagated against us. The fabric of this nation is woven together in the virtue of constitution wherein the first amendment is the backbone of this nation. Wherefore I on behalf of Divine Unity1 shall fight unyieldingly against HMS upholding the first amendment as my shield. Anyone who has ever fought for justice and or against injustice knows and understand rights that are given can be taken while you are asleep. Hence as I gaze upon the people this hot 4th of July observing the people as they persistently celebrate as blind, dumb, sheep lead to slaughter. Not conscious of the truth that we the people are and have always been the government whom are slowly and subtly eradicating the people rights. I attest when we the people no longer have a voice as my ancestors were denied of having for hundreds of years here in America to their destruction even today. The oppressed and abused fate my forefathers meet the same shall it be to those loyal patriotic Americans who on this 4th of July. So proudly sway their red, white, and blue flags, pledge alleges to shall awake from their slumber as three fifth human beings wondering what happen.
