Jul 08, 2009 – The American Society of Administrative Professionals (ASAP) is offering a free, three-part webinar series on business writing skills. Renowned speaker Fred Kniggendorf, Ph.D. and author of GRAMMAEROBICS™ will discuss three main aspects of writing: Getting Started and Getting Organized, Crafting a Draft and Polishing Before Publishing. Dr. Kniggendorf is a featured columnist for ASAP and will be a guest speaker at the Administrative Professionals Conference, October 4-7, 2009, in Orlando, Florida.
The series kicks off on July 13, 2009 with "Getting Started and Getting Organized," in which attendees will learn how to plan, pre-write, and use words and phrases that provide organization and logic. Part Two, "Crafting a Draft," will focus on the mechanics of writing, such as sentence structure and punctuation. The series concludes with "Polishing before Publishing," which shows how to connect with the reader with words, what might offend readers, and being understood outside your organization.
