Bold New Directions, a transformational learning organization based in New England, has expanded its delivery of training services to Alaska. The announcement of its enhanced geographic coverage was made today by company co-founder Suzanne Guthrie.
"We've been providing management training and leadership seminars for several years in the lower states and Canada. This recent opportunity to work with a health care organization in Homer Alaska has intensified our interest in providing our full range of experiential training seminars to Alaska and other regions of the globe" stated Ms. Guthrie.
Jim Hornickel, Director of Training & Development, heads the planning and delivery of training sessions such as the four day retreat held in Alaska. He regards the opportunity to work in far flung areas as a highlight of his role in overseeing training delivery at Bold New Directions. "A large part of our purpose is to expand a company's vision of how to operate a dynamic organization with staff that are thriving. By ensuring our own facilitators engage in new experiences such as visiting the rugged beauty of Alaska, we keep our training team on the leading edge of change" said Mr. Hornickel.
