The international full service web service provider and content management expert, ecomplexx, increased its revenue in the first quarter of 2009 by a sensational 30 %.
ecomplexx manages to impress its clients with a steady growth of teams and competencies despite the ongoing financial crisis affecting many companies. This is refelected by a sensational revenue growth of over 30% in the first quarter of 2009 compared to the same period last year. Accordingly the project teams also grew by 25%.
The revenue growth is the result of two factors: ecomplexx’s existing long term client base focusing more strongly on process optimization and sales support through web based systems; and new business from well-known clients such as Red Bull, the Ministry of Justice and OPEC.
“When the contract volumes decrease, many companies concentrate on the optimization of their business processes and the active support of their sales efforts”, says Helen Belfanti, Account Manager at ecomplexx UK. “The transformation of resource intensive business processes to the web, the implementation of a professional product information management solution or an upgrade of their online shop are only some of the possibilities which we offer to our clients.”
Besides their e-business services, the team at ecomplexx UK mainly contentrates on professional content management services based on Open Text Web Solutions (previously RedDot). “There is still high demand in that sector – we don´t have to worry about our future, even in the crisis“, states Christoph Mause, who is responsible for the UK activities of ecomplexx. His confidence is also based on the international company network, which allows ecomplexx to manage high contract volumes and therefore guarantee adherence of schedules.
