Yun Fitness Bootcamps has officially announced the next date for their Bootcamp for Charity. The Charity Bootcamp will take place on July 25th and all proceeds will go again to Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Greater Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana- Central Ohio Region.
The first charity bootcamp raised $500. Yun is expecting an even greater turnout for the 2nd go around. 'How many events in Columbus are put on that raise money for a great cause and help you burn some serious body fat?' Yun asks.
Jason Yun, the owner of Yun Strength and Fitness Systems LLC and creator of Yun Fitness Bootcamps started offering his bootcamps in July last year and decided to take his business into the charity realm last month for the oppurtunity to help out a great cause and help people find a new, exciting, fun way to workout.
The participants absolutely loved the workout for the last charity bootcamp. Marie Phillips of Dublin, OH thought 'the variety of exercises put together in 45 minutes was incredible. I haven't worked that hard since high school. Plus I had a lot of fun and helped out a great charity.'
A wide array of people showed up coming as far as Zanesville and Newark for the event that took place on the west side of Columbus. Fitness levels were also quite different as people who haven't worked out in a while were working out side by side next to several bootcamp veterans. But that's part of the magic of bootcamp. Everything is based on time, so you just do what you can and progress from there.
The next Yun Fitness Charity Bootcamp will take place at the Dexter Falls Park again on July 25th at 9:15 am. The class will last for 45 minutes. Come out and show your support for the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Greater Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana- Central Ohio Region. Also get your lungs and heart pumping, along with those muscles.
