Today, New Horizons of Minnesota announced it has been selected as a 2009 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference Awards finalist in the Innovative Learning Solutions category. New Horizons of Minnesota is one of three finalists from a pool of nearly 2,000 entrants worldwide.
