In an email last night (7/6/09) Blu electronic cigarettes announced that they are going to stop taking orders for their popular Blu electronic cigarette starter kit. These sudden change in plans for the Blu electronic cigarette company came about due to their overwhelming success.
The problem seems to have started in mid June when Blu electronic cigarettes ran out of stock and had to start putting all incoming electronic cigarette starter kit orders on back order until they have received more stock. Ever since then customers have had to wait for up to three weeks to receive their orders.
Since Blu electronic cigarettes ran out of starter kits to send out they have been struggling to catch up. President Jason Healy stated in the exclusive email “Due to the incredibly overwhelming demand for blu and our pursuit of a great customer service experience, blu will not be taking orders from the 7th to the 21st of July. This will give us time to clear our backlog and ease customer frustration.“
Although this is great news for existing customers that are waiting for their Blu electronic cigarette starter kit to be sent out. It also leaves a lot of people disappointed that they will have to wait to order their Blu electronic cigarette starter kit.
Even though there are other electronic cigarette starter kits available on the USA market, Blu has gained a reputation as having the best deal around. This seems to be mainly because they seem to be the only electronic cigarette starter kit that provides an electronic cigarette pack that charges the users spare batteries.
