The American Red Cross, Ben and Jerry’s, WBT, and Julie LaTerra Homes are partnering for a blood drive on Thursday, July 9, 2009 at the American Red Cross which is located at 9800 Kincey Ave. Suite 110 in Huntersville, NC.  The drive will be held from 10:00am until 7:00pm.  The blood supply is a community resource that relies on volunteers across the country to keep enough blood on hand.  An available blood supply is essential to meet the community’s continuing health needs and to draw upon in times of emergency.  All donors who donate a point of blood will receive a pint of Ben and Jerry’s ice cream.  
Sales consultants from Charlotte’s custom home builder, Julie LaTerra Homes, will also be available. At Julie LaTerra Homes, homebuyers can choose from the Signature Custom Home Designs or work with their personal design consultant to develop their own design.  In addition, buyers can choose from a variety of features in exterior trim and enhancements, interior finishes and accents, cabinetry and countertops flooring and more.
