Octavius “Doc-Ock” Crouch will air the first live mixtape show on July 14, 2009 beginning at 7 pm est and the show will play on demand on the site after the air date.
Doc-Ock will also air concert footage from performances taped by the GameBoyz staff at concerts around the United States and Canada. The Mixtape section will give viewers the ability to link to iTunes to purchase music and videos.
The mixtape show will take place inside the Doc-Ock studio loft, as well as inside the virtual Doc-Ock world. The celebrity musicians will sometimes appear as animated characters with high-quality music from their recent releases and exclusive voice over from the artists. Some musicians will have their own virtual room on www.doc-ock.com, where fans will have a place to gather around the clock.
