Per Cazo Cellars is pleased to announce the release of it's first four red wines:
ZinG is a unique blend of 66% Grenache, 44% Zinfandel and provides a luscious mouth feel of soft tanins with bright acidity.
Epi Telos, Greek for "at last" is a delectable blend of 66% Syrah, 22% Grenache and 12% Mourvedre.
Confluent is a Bordeaux-style blend of 66% Cabernet Sauvignon and 44% Merlot barrel-aged for 18 months imparting a sophisticated and elegant feel on the palate.
These are all outstanding wines when paired with rich, spicy flavors.
Per Cazo Cellars also bottled its first Late Harvest Zinfandel in 375ml bottles, perfect with a cheese course whether before or after dinner.
