MES’s Performance Appraisal Tool (PAT) uses common SaaS principles to form a new technology that facilitates inter- and intra-organizational communication. Because multiple organizations use the same remotely held servers, MES enables data sharing between organizations to create accountability and productivity throughout all user municipalities.
