About Free Range Cookies
Free Range Cookies was founded in 2007 with the goal of making high quality gluten free baked goods available for people with celiac disease (CD), a genetic intolerance to the gluten in wheat, rye and barley. Once thought to be a rare disorder, CD is now known to affect more than 1 in 100 Americans. The great news is that CD can be treated by following a gluten free diet.
