While Securitized offers an array of financing executions, including equity and debt, once performing real estate investment assets do not meet the guidelines for purchases and/or refinances. Securitized has an alternative execution, in its Structured Finance Division that not only allows for purchases, but allows owners and operators the option to refinance their existing debt with little to no prepayment penalties, instead of being locked into permanent debt.
Securitized's Structured Finance executions are for all asset classes, including, but not limited to retail and shopping centers, regional malls, office buildings, multifamily apartments and mobile home parks.
