The G8 Development and Finance Ministers have agreed that Africa should be No 1 for innovative financing.

To bring about true transformation we must have both INTENTION and ATTENTION.

Italy and France have not met 80% their targets and the G8 could fail the poorest of the poor.

Our International Public Private Partnership can save the lives of 13 million orphans
