GlieseIT to take a big 'byte' of the IT market.




GlieseIT is a new British Brigg-based computer business founded by entrepreneur James Martin.  GlieseIT will be specialising in the production and sales of Linux-based netbooks, laptops, desktops, and servers.  All GlieseIT machines will be based on open-source technology, which is free from licensing fees and restrictions.  GlieseIT is now one of the many computer manufacturers who are investing in open-source Linux technology, with Dell and IBM following suit.  

Many businesses and consumers do not realise how much more powerful and functional Linux software is, whilst correctly balancing ease-of-use and a relatively easy learning curve.
