HVR Advanced Power Components Awarded ISO 9001:2000 Certification

(HVR) (www.hvrapc.com), a leading global supplier of engineered, high-energy, ceramic-carbon resistors, has announced that they have achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification for the design, assembly and distribution of electronic resistors.

The certification was awarded following a comprehensive, independent audit by SRI Quality System Registrar of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Audit findings determined that HVR has demonstrated effective implementation of a world-class quality management system at their Tonawanda-based manufacturing facility.
