The Female Bodybuilding Transformation – A Growing Sport

Sophia McNamara is just a 34 year old mother of two that got into this sport through a friend. She has been truly experiencing the female bodybuilding transformation on herself. She has been become a more confident, powerful and goal oriented person because of this sport.

McNamara described the feeling of her first bodybuilding competition as “I was persuaded to go for the Physique competition and once I went out on stage, the audience went wild. I posed and did a dance routine to music and enjoyed every minute. It was a great evening.”

Though she is going through the female bodybuilding transformation, her top priority is caring for her children and her husband.
