MBody Strength is opening a new kettlebell gym in Brea, CA.
MBody Strength, an Orange County based fitness company, has announced the grand opening of their first kettlebell gym in Brea, California. The event date is July 25, 2009. It will be sponsored by several fitness vendors and will involve raffles, strength contests, and unconventional training demos.
“We’re very excited about our new kettlebell gym in Brea,” stated Marcus Martinez, MBody Strength’s founder and member. “We’re stocking it with a wide range of unconventional training equipment and the space is ideal for personal training, boot camps, and seminars.”
MBody Strength will be giving away a variety of fitness equipment and gear during several prize raffles, including t-shirts, weight vests, stainless steel water bottles, gym rings, jump ropes, pull up bars, and other items. Anyone who attends the grand opening can participate in the raffles free of charge.
Strength Contests will also be held with similar prizes for the winners. The strength contests will involve maximum pull ups, weighted pull ups, and heavy kettlebell presses. Everyone is welcome to participate and will be instructed by MBody Strength trainers before attempting the challenges.
MBody Strength trainers will be onsite during the event demonstrating different exercises using a variety of unconventional training equipment, including kettlebells, Clubbells, pull up bars, sledgehammers, climbing ropes, gym rings, sandbags, and macebells.
The company will be hosting a variety of fitness services at the new kettlebell gym, including boot camps Monday through Saturday, kettlebell seminars, and personal training.
