Silicon Solar Inc is bringing its industry-leading solar thermal training and solar photovoltaic training courses to sunny California in July 2009. Silicon Solar will hold a number of solar training California courses and workshops throughout the month of July, in a number of cities across California.
The solar training California swing kicks off with a SunMaxx Solar Thermal Training Workshop to be held in conjunction with the Silicon Solar appearance at InterSolar North America 2009 in San Francisco – the solar thermal training workshop will be held on July, the last day of InterSolar 2009. The solar thermal training workshop that is part of the solar training California swing is a level 1 SunMaxx Solar Thermal Training Course that introduces attendees to the basics of solar thermal technology, solar thermal installation and the solar thermal market in the United States.
The second stop in the July 2009 solar training California swing is a Level 2 Solar Photovoltaic Training Course held in San Diego, CA on July 18. The level 2 Solar Photovoltaic training course that is part of the solar training California swing is an advanced, hands-on photovoltaic installation training program, which delves deeply into a number of important topics such as grid-interconnection, conducting a site survey, PV System mechanical and electrical design, applying for Federal and State solar incentives, among a number of other topics.
The solar photovoltaic training course will be taught by NABCEP Certified PV installer Mike McKinley of Philadelphia, PA and is the ideal opportunity for new and experienced PV installers in the San Diego solar energy market to learn about PV installation from one of the best installers in the United States.
